Hurricanes and All Blacks halfback TJ Perenara will play his 50th match against the Rebels in Wellington on Friday evening.
Perenara played his first Super Rugby match for the Hurricanes against the Stormers in 2012 after a stellar schoolboy career at Mana College in Wellington.
He has scored 21 tries for the Wellington-based franchise.
The 23-year-old was the New Zealand under 20's captain back in 2011 and made his debut for the All Blacks last year.
Perenara will play alongside James Marshall this weekend with regular first five-eighth Beauden Barrett being rested by coach Chris Boyd.
